BUSINESS HISTORY

1970 - 1973: Jack Piefke, Atlanta, Georgia

Resident Manager of 300 units (El Conquistador Apartments located in Dekalb County, Georgia). This was an individually owned apartment complex. Responsibilities included supervision of the assistant manager, security guard, grounds and maintenance personnel as well as rent collections and all reports to the owner.

1973 - 1980: Candler & Griffith, Atlanta, Georgia

Managed 675 apartment units. This firm engaged in all types of development. I was responsible for the supervision of 30 employees including resident managers, assistant managers, grounds and maintenance personnel. My responsibilities also included the preparation of market strategy reports for each property as well as the preparation of budgets, property condition reports and the development of employee goals.

1981 - 1983: Life Investors Realty, Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Managed 400 apartment units. This firm engaged in all types of real estate investments (retail, office, apartments). Their purchase of the apartment units from Candler Development Company required me to be part of their operation. I was responsible for the supervision of 15 employees including assistant manager, grounds and maintenance personnel. My responsibilities also included the preparation of market strategy reports, as well as the preparation of budgets, property condition reports, and the development of employee goals.

1983 - 1992: Candler Development Company, Atlanta, Georgia

This company engaged in the development of shopping centers in Georgia and Florida. In my position of Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, I was responsible for 20 employees in three (3) offices (Atlanta, Orlando, and Jacksonville). My responsibilities required me to assist the CEO and CFO in the preparation of financial statements, creating accounting procedures, supervision of all personnel relating to the properties, as well as the office.

1992 - Present: Stafford Properties, Inc.

Property Manager. Responsible for all day to day management of thirteen (13) shopping centers, two (2) office parks and fifteen (15) free standing buildings, all consisting of 1,300,000+ square feet. Duties include receivables, payables, lease coordinator between tenants, owner and contractor, supervision of grounds and landscape maintenance personnel, preparation of budgets for the shopping center and office parks, as well as monthly property condition reports.
