Kim Lavigne
joined Stafford Properties in 2005 and serves as the Director of
Finance and the Marketing Coordinator. As the Director of Finance,
Ms. Lavigne is responsible for the coordination of the primary
components of the Financial Management, Acquisition, and Loan
Closing Processes. Her primary responsibilities include production
of Operating Pro-Formas and NOI & Net Cash Flow Projections for
current, proposed and new development projects. In addition, she is
responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lease administration
process, including brokerage support and the production of legal
documents for the Stafford portfolio, totaling 1.5 million square
feet, and for the properties owned by third party groups, totaling 1
million square feet. As the Marketing Coordinator, Ms. Lavigne is
responsible for overseeing company marketing through advertising,
the management and design of collateral materials, and website
maintenance. A graduate of Babson College, in Wellesley,
Massachusetts, Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Management with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Real Estate
in 2004.
Ms. Lavigne is a
licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia, an active member of
the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of
the Financial Management Association.
