Commercial site acquisitions for Texaco, Pier 1 Imports, Rally's Hamburgers, and automotive users.

Responsible for overall management and leasing of fourteen (14) shopping centers, totaling 1.4 million square feet. Three (3) office buildings, fifteen (15) free standing commercial buildings, and out parcels throughout Florida and Georgia.

Responsible for all property activities for the portfolio, including budgeting, financing, construction, leasing, acquisition/disposition strategies, and partner/lender relationships. Direct market knowledge of retail/commercial sites in Georgia, Florida and Alabama. Duties include site selection/development for restaurant expansion of related entities (Wendy's and Steak N Shake).
