Stafford
Properties holdings are concentrated in the Southeast and consist of over
2.6 million square feet of retail, office, and mixed use properties with
765K square feet of planned retail to be added within the next two years.
In the past five years, Stafford Properties' primary focus has been in the
development of retail properties, thereby adding over one million square
feet to its portfolio with value in excess of $300 million. The portfolio
has 98% occupancy while maintaining a balanced tenant mix of national,
regional, and local tenants. Stafford’s primary retailers include tenants
such as Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Fresh Market, Goody’s, Kmart, Kroger,
Lowe’s Home Improvement, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, PetSmart, Publix, Ross,
