Steve
joined the company in 1996 as chief financial officer of Stafford
Development Company, was later named chief operating officer and is
now president and chief executive officer of Stafford Properties .
Steve has twenty-five years of experience in lending, site
selection, property management, brokerage, and construction
management. He has been involved in producing over one billion
dollars of real estate transactions in his career either as a
broker, lender, or developer. Steve is directly responsible for all
aspects of Stafford Development Company's real estate endeavors. He
holds a Bachelor degree and a Master of Business Administration from
the University of Georgia.
